You can cancel up to 60 days prior and we will refund your fee, minus a $30 admin charge.
If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your event, we will refund you 50% of your fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your event, there is no refund.
If you cancel for injury or sickness, we will issue a full refund (less $30 admin charge) if you provide an official Medical note, signed by an MD.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, cheque and e-transfer. You will be sent payment instructions after you Register for your Camp or Course.
